Seat-in plane air transfers or private charters primarily access Ride Kenya Mobile Horse Safaris at ol Donyo Lodge. On arrival at the airfield, the transfer the lodge is approximately 30 minutes allowing time for game viewing.
Safarilink and/or Air Kenya offer scheduled daily flights from Nairobi’s domestic airport - Wilson (or elsewhere in Kenya) to ol Donyo Lodge.
ol Donyo Lodge’s airfield is private and grass but can handle a wide range of aircraft including but not limited to Pilatus PC-12 and Cessna Caravan.

Flying times from Nairobi’s domestic airport - Wilson to the ol Donyo Lodge airfield is one hour. From the Masai Mara Game Reserve it is one hour and 15 minutes with a direct private charter. Scheduled seat-in plane transfers are also available from the Masai Mara Game Reserve via Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. Times depend on the type of aircraft being used; those listed are for a Cessna Caravan.
