You don’t even need to leave Selinda camp to experience Botswana’s wildlife.
There was a herd of at least 40 elephants “taking over” the camp yesterday afternoon. In fact some of our guests even decided not to go on an afternoon game drive just capture this big family with their wide angle lenses.
And it’s not only the elephants who’s paying us a daily visit. It’s also Mr.Hippo, named Winston, who is wandering around camp during the day foraging, and for what looks like is going to be big fight with another hippo over the small lagoon right in front of our main deck.
Last but not least, the Porcupine. As soon as the sun goes down he will start his daily routine walk around Tents number 4, 5 and 6. So for the night drives, you can stay in camp as well. (images Willem Roozeboom)
